Three Foragers Bee Co. Contest Terms And Conditions

ELIGIBILITY

Contest entrants must read and agree to all contest terms and conditions stated here. All terms and conditions stated here are applicable unless otherwise stated. 

All Three Foragers Bee Co. contests are open to legal residents of Canada only. 

Participants must be at the age of majority in the province in which they reside. 

No person who is employed by Three Foragers Bee Co. or its affiliate companies, and no family member of such employee, may enter the contest.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

ENTERING

By entering, the entrant agrees to all of the contest terms and conditions.

By entering, the entrant consents to the contest organizers and their representatives using their name and entry/photograph on their social media channels, website and marketing materials.

Any entries provided after the stated closing date will not be counted, however may be used for marketing purposes on our social media channels, website and marketing materials. 

Facebook, or any other social media website, are no way associated with Three Foragers Bee Co. contests. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Three Foragers Bee Co. reserve the right to make changes to the contest at any time.

WINNER

The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entrants for the contest at any given time. 

The winner will be chosen by Three Foragers Bee Co. and their representatives.

The winner will be contacted via the platform they entered the contest.  If they do not reply to redeem the prize within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. Acceptance of the prize constitutes that the winner agrees to all contest terms and conditions, as well as those of any associated sponsors or partners. The stated prize cannot be exchanged for an alternate product, or cash. 

Any Three Forgers Bee Co. prizes will be shipped from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to the address provided by the winner. The initial shipping cost will be covered by Three Foragers Bee Co. Three Foragers Bee Co. does not hold responsibility for the delivery of the prize. Any costs, fees and expenses not explicitly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient. 

If for any reason, the stated prize is unavailable, Three Foragers Bee. Co will provide an alternative which may be of different value to the original prize.
